Your Brain Trust

“Make your own brain trust of people you can call on for ideas and introductions.”
– Karen Wickre, author, Taking The Work Out of Networking
We call it Partner Power. We share resources and experiences with our advisors and partners and they do the same with us. Who is your brain trust?
Calling in your very best colleagues and connections as advisors has many benefits to a new adventure. This is your experienced brain trust that will help you navigate the inevitable ups and downs of those early days.
You may not always be able to pay them, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be generous in acknowledging and giving equity, such as it is, to this team that believes enough in what you’re doing to attach their names and reputations to it.
Speaking of Partners
We’re happy to welcome Hub Coworking Hawai’i, SF Tech Council, and AustinUp to the Next For Me Partner Network. Their members and communities now have access to our courses, guides and workshops.
The Next For Me Community informs our understanding of an evolving workforce. If your organization would benefit from our focus on positive change we’d love to talk to you.
After WFH
COVID-19 forced millions of American workers into their homes to work remotely. This has accelerated a trend to remote work. For most workers the experiment has been an overall positive experience.
Based on our book, our course A Guide to Change for Everybody: Your Philosophical Center is now available for FREE to our readers. It’s a fun step-by-step guide to help you formulate what your next move can be. We’ll be with you all the way.
