2. What a 50 year old knows that a 20 year old doesn’t. Some simple wisdom such as: Life goes by really, really fast. Live a life you can reflect on with gratitude, not regrets. Link

3. Women in Hollywood are taking a stand against ageism. Nicole Kidman, Wynona Ryder, Sharon Stone and many others have stepped up to call out institutional ageism in an industry that has long made youth the holy grail. Link
