Inspiration Gift Guide
We Made It
We hear that big exhale. The promise of getting back to work, back to our plans, and back to a world less mad suddenly seems possible again. Yes, we need to be more vigilant than ever with COVID, so we’re getting creative with staying in touch with our colleagues and mentors.
In our 2020 Gift Guide we’re pulling together our favorite books, tools, and information sources for your own inspiration or as a gift to your colleagues, friends, and family who are looking at what’s next for them.
Keep Going
We’re revisiting our review of Austin Kleon’s timely book “Keep Going: How To Stay Creative In Good Times And Bad”. If you’ve read the bestselling “Steal Like an Artist” by Kleon you’ll know what a positive inspiration he can be. If you’re designing your own personal revolution, you’ll want to check it out. His weekly newsletter is a quick hit of inspiration each Friday too.
Virtual Events Survey
It’s not like we’re hopping on planes to big city conferences anymore. Have you attended any virtual or hybrid professional conferences, conventions or networking events? We’re doing some research on what’s good and what’s not so great. We may not be able to match the serendipity of chats in the hallways but there is something to learn from the new breed of conference tools.
